Security and fraud prevention
Protect your MShore relationship from scams and unauthorised access
Maritime Shore International Bank will never ask for your password, PIN, one-time codes, or full card details by email or phone. Treat unexpected requests for those details as fraud attempts—even if they appear to use our name.
Report suspicious messages or unrecognised transactions immediately so we can freeze access or cards where needed. Early reporting limits loss and helps investigations.

- MShore will not ask you to move money to a “safe account” to protect funds.
- Check the website address carefully before entering credentials.
- Enable device and email security (updates, MFA) for accounts that receive bank codes.
- Verify payment beneficiaries independently if details arrive by email alone.
- Review statements and card alerts frequently for unfamiliar activity.
