Lost or dormant accounts
What to do if your MShore account becomes inactive or hard to locate
Accounts with little or no customer-initiated activity may be classified as inactive or dormant under our policies and applicable requirements. Reactivation often needs refreshed due diligence before normal payments and Online Banking access resume.
If you believe you have an older relationship with Maritime Shore International Bank but no longer have statements or login details, contact Support with as many identifying details as you can: full legal name, date of birth or incorporation, former addresses, and any historic account references.
Do not send funds to an account you cannot confirm is active. Start with Support or contact us before arranging a wire.
- Inactivity can trigger review even if a balance remains on the account.
- Reactivation usually requires updated identity, address, and source-of-funds information.
- Historic references, old statements, or welcome letters help us locate the correct record.
- Online Banking access may stay disabled until reactivation checks are complete.
- Unclaimed or long-dormant balances are handled according to our policies and applicable law.
