Payment references and receipts
Find and keep proof of transfers made from your MShore account
Every completed transfer at Maritime Shore International Bank includes a bank reference and an authenticated electronic receipt in Online Banking. Keep these documents for reconciliation, audits, and beneficiary follow-up.
If a payee cannot locate funds, the transfer reference is the fastest way for both banks to trace the payment. Download or save receipts soon after confirmation while portal access is available.
For delayed credits, prepare your receipt before opening a payment investigation.
- Bank reference: unique identifier assigned when the payment is processed.
- Electronic receipt: confirms amount, currency, value date, and beneficiary summary.
- Statement entry: shows the debit on your account for bookkeeping.
- SWIFT copy (where available): useful for external bank tracing on international wires.
- Store receipts securely; they contain account and beneficiary information.
